The Pure steam generator is designed to produce sterile, pyrogen free pure steam for pharmaceutical applications.The pure steam generator consists of five main components, one evaporator, two condensers and two preheaters. The raw water enters the two preheaters in turn, and the two preheating makes the raw water temperature rise effectively before entering the evaporator. Therefore, the use of industrial steam can be reduced to save energy and reduce costs. The heated steam flows through the shell side of the evaporator section, while the feed purified water flows through the inner pipe from bottom to top, and the pure steam generated in the evaporator section flows upward to the gas-liquid separation section.The non-condensed gas separation portion is located at the top of the cylinder. The high speed of the steam, combined with the enhanced centrifugal separation provided by the steam liquid separation assembly, ensures the production of very high quality steam.
Ø Working Principle: Uses purified water as feed water. After preheating through two preheaters, the water enters the evaporator for three-stage separation (falling film evaporation, gravity sedimentation, spiral turbulent flow) to produce pure steam.
