The Pharmaceutical Mixing Tank is crafted for preparing, mixing, dissolving, and storing liquid products in pharma. It supports injection, oral liquids, buffers, and intermediates, fully adhering to GMP and cGMP standards.
Product-contact parts are made of SS316L stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance and safety. The internal surface is mirror-polished, Ra ≤ 0.4 μm, minimizing residue and aiding thorough cleaning.
Equipped with a magnetic stirrer or top-mounted agitator, featuring variable speed for uniform mixing. Emulsification pumps are optional for high-shear mixing needs.
Integrated filtration allows inline solution filtering and direct transfer to downstream systems, reducing contamination risk and boosting process efficiency.
System integrates with PLC + HMI, supporting manual to fully automatic operation. Key parameters are monitored in real-time, enhancing efficiency and reliability.
Customizable heating/cooling: steam, electric, chilled water. Precise temperature control ensures stable, repeatable production.
Direct connection to a three-stage filtration: 0.45 μm and two 0.22 μm filters, ensuring pre-filtration and sterilizing-grade filtration for high product purity.
With flexible design, the Mixing Tank can be customized per user's URS, including volume, structure, nozzle, filtration, and automation. Ideal for modern pharma lines.
