Through years of exploration and modification, it is fundamentally designed to maximize energy savings.

By adopting a three-stage separation method and the coordinated action of multiple controls, it finally produces high-standard water for injection.

This model is one of our company's flagship products and has been widely welcomed and trusted by domestic and international markets for many years.

Falling Film Evaporator vs. Rising Film Evaporator

1. Lower Water Quality Requirements
Falling film evaporators tolerate broader feedwater specifications compared to rising film models.

2. Longer Service Life & Reduced Fouling

Superior resistance to scaling and corrosion, extending equipment lifespan.
Self-cleaning effect via gravity-driven flow minimizes deposit buildup.

3. Energy Efficiency

Lower steam pressure requirements (typically 0.1–0.3 MPa vs. higher for rising film).
Reduced steam consumption per unit of evaporation (optimized thermal efficiency).

Key Configurations

Evaporator: Heat the raw water to vaporize and separate the steam from the liquid.
Preheater: Preheat feed water.
Condenser: The pure steam produced by the last column and the pure steam condensed water from 2-6 columns will heat exchange, to be cooled as water for injection.
