Purified water system Working Principle

The  quality  of  effluent  water  can  meet  the  requirements  of  Chinese Pharmacopceia    (Cp2020),U.S.Pharmacopoeia(USP43),European     Pharmacopoeia     (EP10}    for purified water or high purity water according to the different configurations of the system.

Specification

WEMAC Feed water storage tank automatically controls the water inlet according to the liquid level. The inlet valve is an electric slow-opened butterfly valve, which effectively prevents the impact of the inlet water pressure on the pipeline. Electric slow-opened butterfly valve is controlled by PLC. 

Pre-treatment unit, including: Mechanical filter, Active Carbon Filter, Softener A-B.

WEMAC all adopt Pneumatic butterfly valve control, which can be controlled by PLC. 

Using 304 high quality stainless steel lined with natural rubber, the valve block is usually controlled by a large flux butterfly valve without dead ends. And is equipped with the lowest point drain valve and a separate sampling valve for each vessel.

Usually adopt double softeners online operation. While one softener is re-generating, the other one is in operation, so as to effectively avoid the rapid growth of microorganisms in the water. The resin uses the Purolite UK and can be sterilized by hot water.

2-WEMAC adopts sanitary Metal pipe floater flow meter-No dead leg.  

 WEMAC self-made frame/skid. SS304 material. Width: 50mm.Square tube material, strong and beautiful.  

WEMAC self-made cable tray. SS304 material. Thus the cables cannot be seen in the whole system.  The cables are protected by SS304 frame from water and heat. 

WEMAC 3D sanitary sample valve. No dead leg.  

Each end of membrane has a sampling valve. Easy for sampling. 

The stainless steel membrane housing adopts multiple ports in series, which reduces the dead angle of the pipeline.
