Each softener delivers a robust 100% water supply capacity. Enjoy the convenience of fully automatic program control, seamlessly managing every phase from operation to backwashing, brine suction, regeneration, and positive washing.

Engineered for precision, our system utilizes variable frequency control for the raw water pump and primary/secondary high-pressure pumps, ensuring precise pressure management for filters and softeners across varying operational states. Benefit from energy savings and reduced microbial growth with low-speed small-circulation of produced water during standby. Our advanced dual-water-supply single-circulation mode at the terminal allows qualified product water to seamlessly enter the purified water storage tank through two dedicated pipelines.
4. Our innovative system ensures that unqualified product water is efficiently managed, circulating through twin pipelines back to the intermediate water storage tank. When the purified water storage tank reaches capacity, an automatic switch to the circulation pipeline prevents the issues of empty pipes and stagnant water, maintaining the integrity of the system.
5. Craftsmanship at its finest: our stainless steel pipes are expertly stretch-bent to minimize welding. For pipe and fitting welds, we prioritize gas-protected automatic welding, with single-side welding and double-side forming, to guarantee superior quality. 6. We provide comprehensive verification documents to assure quality and precision, including endoscope inspection photos, detailed solder joint diagrams, stringent pressure test reports, pickling and passivation reports, and complete system design documents.
