Design Principle:
Based on the technical principles of Italian STILMAS models, this machine uses purified water as feed water. After sequential preheating through a six-effect preheater, the water enters the evaporator. Inside the evaporator, it undergoes three-stage separation (falling film evaporation, gravity sedimentation, spiral turbulent flow), and the produced pure steam serves as the heat source for the next-stage evaporator. Through gradual evaporation and heat recovery, the pure steam is simultaneously cooled into water for injection (WFI).
Dual Tube-Sheet Heat Exchanger:
Effectively prevents contamination between materials and heating media.
Operation Parameters:
Uses purified water (consumption ratio: 1.08) as raw material and industrial steam (consumption ratio: 0.21) for heating to produce WFI (no external cooling water required).
Quality& Compliance:
 Key Indicators of the produced water for injection: Endotoxin ≤ 0.0625 EU/ml, TOC ≤ 20 ppb.
It meets the specifications for WFI in: Chinese Pharmacopoeia (CP2020), United States Pharmacopoeia (USP43)and European Pharmacopoeia (EP10).
The six effect distilled water(WFI Generation plant) manufactured by Shandong Eagle is an equipment that uses purified water as raw material and industrial steam to heat water for injection (no external cooling water is required). The produced water for injection meets the specifications of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (CP2020), the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP43) and the European Pharmacopoeia (EP10) for injection water.
Energy saving and consumption reduction: since the secondary steam of the multi effect distilled water machine is used step by step in each effect, the utilization rate of industrial steam is very high, which has obvious energy saving effect. Industrial steam consumption is 1:0.21; Raw water consumption is 1:1.08; At the same time, the six effect distilled water machine does not need external cooling water;
