**Two-Stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) Pretreatment:** Employing a two-stage RO membrane filtration system as the core pretreatment unit, it efficiently removes the vast majority of dissolved salts, organic matter, colloids, and microorganisms from the water, providing stable and high-quality feed water for the subsequent EDI module.

**Electrodeionization (EDI) Deep Purification:** Eliminating the need for acid or alkali chemical regeneration, it continuously removes residual trace ions from the water through ion exchange membranes and an electric field. The resistivity of the produced water reaches 10-18.25 MΩ·cm, ensuring stable water quality and environmentally friendly operation.

**Fully Automated Integrated Control:** Equipped with an advanced PLC/touchscreen control system, it achieves fully automated operation, monitoring, parameter recording, and alarm protection throughout the entire process from pretreatment, RO, EDI to final product water. Operation is simple and reliable.

**High-Efficiency and Energy-Saving Design:** Equipped with a high-efficiency high-pressure pump, partial recovery of RO concentrate is possible; the EDI process requires no chemical regeneration, significantly reducing operating costs and wastewater discharge, aligning with green production principles.

Superior Materials and Configuration: Core piping and contact components are made of 316L/304 stainless steel. Key components (such as RO membranes, EDI modules, high-pressure pumps, and instruments) are selected from internationally and domestically renowned brands to ensure long-term stable system operation.
