Manufactured from SS316L stainless steel for corrosion resistance and safety. Mirror-polished internal surface (Ra ≤ 0.4 μm) reduces residue, aiding cleaning and sterilization.

Equipped with magnetic stirrer or top-mounted agitator, featuring variable speed for uniform mixing. Optional pumps available for high-shear mixing or emulsification.

Integrated filtration enables inline filtering and direct transfer to filling or storage, minimizing contamination risk and boosting efficiency.

Integrates with PLC + HMI system for manual, semi, or fully automatic operation. Monitors temperature, pressure, mixing speed in real-time, enhancing efficiency and reliability.

Customizable heating/cooling with steam, electric, or chilled water. Precise temperature control ensures stable production.
