The generated secondary steam with water droplets enters the steam water separation unit from the lower end of the evaporation chamber, the separated pure steam enters the next effect as heating steam, and the raw water that has not been evaporated enters the next effect. Repeat the above process. The pure steam generated by the final effect enters the condenser and joins with the condensed water from all effects except the first effect for cooling. After the non condensable gas is removed, it becomes injection water. The WFI outlet is subject to on-line conductivity detection. The qualified distilled water is output as injection water, and the unqualified distilled water will be discharged.

Only the first effect heating steam is provided by the boiler, so the condensed water of this effect cannot be used as distilled water and should be discharged. The condensed water of other effects is condensed by pure steam, and the pyrogen has been removed, so it can be used as qualified distilled water. In addition, the residual water of each effect must be discharged as sewage because it carries all the impurities and pyrogens in the feed water; The pure steam produced by the end effect enters the condenser and is mixed with the condensate from each effect for cooling. After the non condensable gas is removed, it becomes water for injection, with a temperature of 92-99 ℃.

Energy saving and consumption reduction: since the secondary steam of the multi effect distilled water machine is used step by step in each effect, the utilization rate of industrial steam is very high, which has obvious energy saving effect. Industrial steam consumption is 1:0.21; Raw water consumption is 1:1.08; At the same time, the six effect distilled water machine does not need external cooling water;
Stainless steel pipe is used to stretch the elbow directly to avoid welding.
