Qualified feed water is pressurized by multi-stage pump into the Condenser,and then sequentially into each Preheater (fed water in the Condenser is heatedby the secondary steam, distilled water, and then into each Preheater after thecondensed water is heated by the secondary steam, and in the first Preheater isheated by the condensed water of the industrial steam), and then into the firstEvaporator through the feed water distributor is sprayed on the inner wall of theheating tube, so that the feed water in the wall of the tube becomes a film flow,and is heated by the industrial steam. Produced entrainedwater droplets of the secondary steam, from the lower end of the evaporationchamber into the vapor separation device, was separated from the pure steaminto the next Evaporator as a heating steam, not evaporated feed water into thenext Evaporator, repeat the above process. The pure steam produced by the finalEvaporator into the Condenser with the condensed water from the condensedwater in addition to the first Evaporator of the convergence of cooling, byexcluding non-condensable gases (depending on the model, the Evaporator canalso be equipped with such non-condensable gases on the continuous dischargedevice), to become the water for injection. The outlet is usually tested online forconductivity, and qualified distilled water is exported as water for injection, whileunqualified distilled water will be discharged.

1. Extemal Preheater, Condenser and the first Evaporator are all double tube platedesign, using the inner tube plate expansion outside welding process, to avoid cross-contamination.
2, Separation device: Three-stage separation with falling film evaporation, gravity separationand spiral flow.
3. Material: SS316L is used in all parts in contact with raw water, water for injection andsecondary pure steam.
4. Thermal insulation: Evaporator, preheater, condenser are insulated with aluminum silicateneedled blanket, which has good extensibility, light weight, excellent thermal insulation andstrong stability.
5 Surface treatment: Electrochemical polishing of internal and external surfaces effectivelyensures the surface finish of stainless steel.6. Energy saving and consumption reduction: Multi-column Water Distiller has obviousenergy-saving effect because the secondary steam is utilized step by step in each column,so the utilization rate of industrial steam is very high. With the increase of the number ofEvaporator columns, this energy saving effect is more obvious. At the same time, theamount of cooling water is also greatly reduced with the increase in the number of columnsOur company produces five-column Water Distiller using a small amount of cooling water,six-column Water Distiller without cooling water.
