* System can choose  thermal disinfection RO membrance and thermal disinfection EDI, the whole system can realize on-line hot water disinfection.

*Using a dual supply mode that when the water is qualitfied will flow into the purified water tank through two pipelines.

*Double softener can achieve series & parallel connection by using the valve group and generation alternatively.Each softeners has 100% water supply capacity. The whole process of softener's running, back wash, brine, regeneration and washing can all be controlled by automatic program.

*Using the middle water storage tank as the buffer tank to realize cleaning on-line, no need the separate cleaning system.

* Control system: PLC automatic control technology, can provide a variety of mode of communication, and also can provide control system comply with 21CFR PART11.

Q1. Are you manufacturer or trader? Where are your factory located? 
We are manufacturer. Our factory is located in Weifang,China, near Qingdao airport.
 
Q2. What certificate do you have? 
We have CE. ISO, FDA, etc.
 
Q3: What is the production lead time? 
Standard 90 days after deposit received and technical data confirmed, we can make special arrangement for better shipment if needed; 
 
Q4: How long is your warranty? Can we extend? 
12 months after installation and commissioning or 18 moths from the day that the equipment arrived on site. Prevail in the first arrival date. 
Warranty can be extended with extra charge.
