Multi effect water distiller Introduction-design principle -Multi-Effect Distillation Water Systems 

The six effect distilled water(WFI Generation plant) manufactured by Shandong Eagle is an equipment that uses purified water as raw material and industrial steam to heat water for injection (no external cooling water is required). The produced water for injection meets the specifications of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (CP2020), the United States Pharmacopoeia (USP43) and the European Pharmacopoeia (EP10) for injection water.

Structural form: the external preheater, condenser and first effect evaporator are all of double tube sheet plate design, and the internal tube sheet expansion and external welding process are adopted to avoid cross contamination;

Separation device: with falling film evaporation, gravity separation and spiral turbulence three-stage separation, the best non condensable gas discharge point is designed to discharge non condensable gas to the maximum extent;

Material: SS316L is used for all parts in contact with raw water, water for injection and secondary pure steam;

Thermal insulation: the evaporator, preheater and condenser are insulated with aluminum silicate needle felt, which has good ductility, light weight, excellent thermal insulation and strong stability;

Surface treatment: electro-chemical polishing of internal and external surfaces, effectively ensuring the surface finish of stainless steel:

*Energy saving and consumption reduction: since the secondary steam of the multi effect distilled water machine is used step by step in each effect, the utilization rate of industrial steam is very high, which has obvious energy saving effect. Industrial steam consumption is 1:0.21; Raw water consumption is 1:1.08; At the same time, the six effect distilled water machine does not need external cooling water;

*Stainless steel pipe is used to stretch the elbow directly to avoid welding. For the welding of pipes and fittings, argon protected automatic welding (single-sided welding and double-sided forming process) is used as much as possible to ensure the welding quality and electrochemical polishing after welding;

*Provide endoscopy photos, solder joint drawings, pressure test and pickling passivation reports, system design documents and other verification data;

*The control system adopts HMI + PLC full-automatic control. Various communication modes can be provided. Control system permission level: at least three levels of permission can be set;

*Add SCADA online system to realize data acquisition and online monitoring and control;

*Online monitoring of conductivity, temperature, flow and other parameters. Recorder records key data;
