Technical Specifications of the Equipment System

1. Overall Design & Operation-Maintenance Advantages

• Modular design, compact structure, beautiful layout, and convenient operation and maintenance.

2. Core Functions of Pretreatment Double Softeners

• The pretreatment double softeners can realize series operation and alternate regeneration by using a valve group. Each water softener has 100% water supply capacity, ensuring stable water supply without interruption.
• The entire process of softener operation (including operation, backwashing, salt absorption, regeneration, and washing) is fully automatic and programmed, requiring no manual intervention-improving operational efficiency and treatment accuracy.

3. Frequency Conversion Control (Energy-Saving & Stable Design)

• The raw water pump and primary/secondary high-pressure pumps adopt frequency conversion control, which has two core benefits:
  1. Realizes different pressure control of filters and softeners under various operating conditions, ensuring stable operation of all equipment.
  2. Enables low-speed and small circulation of produced water during system standby time-greatly reducing the probability of microbial breeding and effectively saving energy (meeting energy conservation and environmental protection requirements).

4. Terminal Produced Water Operation Mode (Dual-Channel Supply + Single-Channel Circulation)

The system adopts a dual-channel water supply and single-channel circulation mode for terminal produced water. The specific working logic is shown in the table below:
 

Operating Scenario	Pipeline Flow Direction
When produced water is qualified	Produced water enters the purified water storage tank through two pipelines.
When produced water is unqualified	Produced water circulates through the two pipelines and then flows back to the middle water storage tank.
When purified water storage tank is full	The system automatically switches to circulation pipeline operation-effectively avoiding empty pipes and ensuring no dead water remains.

5. Pipeline Material & Welding Process Standards

1. Material Selection: Use stainless steel pipes as much as possible, and directly stretch the elbows to avoid welding seams (reducing leakage risks).
2. Welding Process: Welding parts of pipelines and accessories shall be automatically welded with argon protection (single-side welding and double-side forming process) to ensure welding quality.
3. Post-Welding Treatment: Conduct electrochemical polishing after welding to improve the smoothness of the pipeline inner wall and prevent impurity adhesion.
