Pharmaceutical sterile Mixing tank, also known as aseptic mixing vessel, is core sanitary process equipment for biopharma and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Fully compliant with GMP, FDA and ASME-BPE standards, it is specially designed for sterile liquid mixing, dissolving, batching and intermediate holding of injections, vaccines, buffer solutions and ophthalmic preparations.

All product-wetted parts adopt medical-grade 316L stainless steel with electro-polished Ra≤0.38μm surface. The crevice-free and dead-leg-free structure eliminates residue accumulation and microbial contamination risks. Equipped with leak-free magnetic drive agitator, jacketed temperature control and 0.22μm sterile vent filter, it maintains stable aseptic conditions during operation.

Integrated automatic CIP and SIP systems support in-place cleaning and 121°C pure steam sterilization without disassembly. It ensures consistent formulation quality, meets strict pharmaceutical validation requirements, and serves as essential sterile processing equipment for modern drug production.
