1,Products can be designed according to customer requirements of atmospheric pressure tank or pressure vessel tank.
2,The material in contact with the medium shall be 304 or 316L stainless steel, and the other metal materials (including the frame) shall be 304 stainless steel.
3,The tank body adopts hygienic aseptic grade design, and the pipe orifice adopts smooth transition to avoid the cleaning dead angle caused by direct socket welding, and ensure the reliability and stability of the production process. The inner surface of the tank is polished by mirror (mechanical or electrolytic polishing), the roughness Ra≤0.4μm; The outer surface is treated with wire drawing, hygienic and beautiful.
4,The tanks can be cleaned online (CIP) and sterilized online (SIP) in accordance with GMP standards.
5,The temperature exchange of the medium in the tank can be realized by means of coil jacket, half-tube jacket, full jacket, etc.
